Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your custom puzzle! Because each item is made to order using your personal photo, returns are not accepted unless there’s a production issue.

1. Non-returnable Items

Custom-printed puzzles cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Contain a manufacturing defect

  • Have printing errors caused by us

2. Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@createyourpuzzle.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours after purchase, before production begins.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
