Welcome to Create Your Puzzle! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

This website is operated by company MB Puzlita, 306968252. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Create Your Puzzle. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service”.

2. Products

We specialize in creating personalized photo puzzles made from images you upload. As each item is custom-made, slight variations in color, tone, or cropping may occur due to printing and material differences.

3. Personalization

By uploading photos or designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the image. We reserve the right to refuse any photo that violates copyright, trademarks, or contains inappropriate content.

4. Gift Cards

4.1 What a gift card is. Create Your Puzzle gift cards are digital cards with a fixed money value, sold as a gift for a specific puzzle size (100, 300, 500 or 1000 pieces). The value of the card is the amount paid for it at the time of purchase.

4.2 How to use it. Gift cards can only be used on createyourpuzzle.com. To redeem a card, enter the code at checkout. The value can be used toward any product in our shop, not only the puzzle size shown on the card. If the order total is higher than the card balance, the rest can be paid by another payment method. If the order total is lower, the remaining balance stays on the card for future orders.

4.3 Validity. Gift cards do not expire.

4.4 Delivery. Gift cards are delivered by email, either to the buyer or directly to the recipient on the date the buyer chooses. Please double-check the recipient's email address before purchase. We are not responsible for cards sent to an incorrect address given at checkout, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.

4.5 Refunds and cash. An unused gift card can be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. After that, gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

4.6 Lost or stolen cards. Please keep your gift card code safe and treat it like cash. If your code is lost or used without your permission, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help where we can, but we cannot replace a balance that has already been used.

4.7 Balance. You can check your remaining balance at checkout or by contacting us.

4.8 Price changes. The gift card holds a fixed money value. If the price of a puzzle changes after purchase, the card keeps its original value.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

6. Shipping

Shipping times may vary based on location and order volume. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Since our products are made to order, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production has started - unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product information is accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes and cancel or modify orders affected by such errors.
