We offer puzzles in different sizes - 300, 500, and 1000 pieces, so everyone can find the right number of pieces for them!
How long does it take to make my puzzle?
Production usually takes 1-4 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once it ships.
How long is shipping?

What should I do if I want to return a puzzle?
Since each puzzle is custom-made using your photo, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue. If you’d like to learn more about returns, please visit our Return Policy page.
How do I upload a photo when ordering a puzzle?
Upload the photo you want to order on the puzzle by clicking the "Select file" button. Here you can select a file from your device.
Is it possible to create a puzzle from several photos?
You can upload up to 4 photos for one collage. We will create the collage for you! Please write in the comments how you would like it arranged.
