Give someone a puzzle of a photo they love, without having to pick the photo yourself. This gift card is worth a 100 / 300 / 500 / 1000-piece custom photo puzzle. The recipient uploads their own favorite photo, and we turn it into a high-quality jigsaw puzzle delivered to their door.
The card never expires, and they can also use it toward any other puzzle size in our shop. If they choose a bigger size, they simply pay the difference. If they spend less, the remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
How It Works
- Choose the gift card for the puzzle size you'd like to give.
- Add the recipient's name, email and a personal message, and pick the date it should arrive.
- They receive the gift card by email with a unique code.
- They choose their photo, create their puzzle on our website and enter the code at checkout.
Tip: send it to yourself instead if you'd rather print it out or hand it over in person.
Delivery
Gift cards are delivered instantly by email, or on the date you choose at checkout. No shipping is needed and there are no delivery costs, which makes it a perfect last-minute gift.
If the email doesn't arrive, please check the spam or promotions folder first, then contact us and we'll resend it right away. Please double-check the recipient's email address before ordering.
Refund Policy
An unused gift card can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us with your order number. After 14 days, gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Please keep the gift card code safe, as it works like cash. If you think your code has been lost or used by someone else, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help where we can.
