At Create Your Puzzle, every puzzle is printed and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely.
1. Production Time
Each photo puzzle is custom-made. Production usually takes 1-4 business days after your order is placed.
2. Shipping Time
- USA: 8-15 Days
- Canada: 10-15 Days
- UK: 8-14 Days
- Australia: 9-14 Days
- International: 10–15 business days
(Shipping times may vary depending on location and season.)
3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. For larger orders, special rates may apply.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@createyourpuzzle.com - we’ll assist you in locating or replacing it when possible.
