About The Frame!
A solid wooden frame made to fit your Custom Photo Puzzle exactly, so your finished puzzle goes straight from the table to the wall.
- Wooden frame in White, Black, Light Wood or Dark Wood
- Acrylic front: shatter-resistant, clear and lightweight, and safer than glass for shipping and for homes with kids
- Hanging tool pack included: everything you need to put it on the wall
- Sized to fit: 100 pcs (8.3 × 11.7 in / 21 × 29.7 cm), 300 pcs (10 × 13.9 in / 25.3 × 35.4 cm), 500 pcs (15 × 20.9 in / 38 × 53 cm)
What’s in the box: wooden frame, acrylic front panel, backing board, hanging hardware and tool pack.
Not available for 1000-piece puzzles. That frame is too large to ship safely.
How To Frame It
What’s in your hanging kit: measuring tape, pencil, 2 D-ring hangers with screws, and white wall hooks with steel pins. The pins leave only tiny holes, so there’s no drilling and no wall plugs.
You’ll also need: a small screwdriver and a hammer.
Put your puzzle in the frame
- Finish your puzzle on a flat surface.
- Open the back of the frame and remove the backing board.
- Peel the protective film off both sides of the acrylic.
- Slide the backing board under your puzzle.
- Lay the frame face-down over the puzzle, flip everything over together, and close the back.
- Mark the frame. On the back of the frame, measure the same distance down from the top on the left and right sides, and mark both spots with the pencil.
- Attach the hangers. Screw one D-ring hanger onto each mark.
- Measure between the hangers. Use the tape to measure the distance between the two D-rings.
- Mark the wall. Draw two marks on the wall the same distance apart. Make sure they’re at the same height so the frame hangs straight.
- Fix the wall hooks. Hold a white hook on each mark and tap its steel pins into the wall with a hammer.
- Hang it. Hook both D-rings onto the wall hooks, then straighten the frame.
Tip: Order the frame with your puzzle so it’s ready the moment you place the last piece.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your frame! Each frame is sent directly from our production partner. Because of that, returns aren’t accepted unless there’s a problem with your order.
1. Returns
Frames can’t be returned or exchanged unless they:
- Were damaged during delivery (for example, a cracked frame or scratched acrylic)
- Have a manufacturing defect
- Arrived with missing parts, such as the hanging kit
- Arrived in the wrong size or color because of our mistake
2. Reporting an Issue
If your frame arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@createyourpuzzle.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue, including the packaging if it was damaged in transit
We’ll review it and send a free replacement, the missing parts, or a refund if applicable. You won’t need to send the damaged frame back.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours after purchase, before they’re processed. If you ordered the frame together with a puzzle, you can cancel only the frame within the same 6 hours.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
